FAQ

  • What contains the box ?
    In the box you can find 8 to 14 servings of carefully selected Japanese Instant Ramen by our ramen connoisseurs, with new and different contents each time.
  • Do you include product descriptions?
    Yes! Product descriptions and translated allergen information are included in each box.
  • Is allergen information included?
    Yes, we include the translated allergen information in English. However, we can not be held liable for any injuries caused by adverse reactions to any of the items included in our product. Please consume at your own risk.
  • Can I customize my Tokyo Ramen Club subscription box?
    We do not offer customization of the contents of Tokyo Ramen Club subscription box at this time. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns about any products, please contact us before you order.
  • Can I order just one pack?
    Yes! While we only offer subscription plans, if you’d like to order just one pack choose your subscription plan and turn off automatic renewal.
  • How do you ship packages?
    We ship all orders from Japan via Japan Post and or FedEx. Our shipping rates are the same as Japan Post and FedEx rates. Packaging and handling are free. The declared value of each box is at most 2000 yen, which is within the duty free allowance of most countries. Please check your country’s import regulations as per our terms of service, we are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur. In general, once Tokyo Ramen Club box arrives in the destination country, the local Post Office will complete the delivery. Different countries have different rules regarding delivery requirements and package retention so please make sure you are able to receive mail safely at the shipping address you provide.
  • When will my box ship?
    Your package will be shipped within 10 days from our Tokyo warehouse. You will receive an email notification when we receive your order and start preparing your pack, and then again when your pack ships.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    Please note that due to the global pandemic, shipping delays are to be expected. Estimated delivery times for our current shipping methods are: ・FedEx: 1-2 weeks ・Airmail: 2-4 weeks (some countries may take up to 6 weeks) ・Surface Mail: 8-12 week
  • My shipping status is showing as delivered, where is my box?
    If your shipping status is showing as delivered and your Tokyo Ramen Club box isn’t there, please contact the shipping courier/local postal service for an up-to-date status on your delivery. If you’re unsure of whether you will be home during the delivery, please contact the delivery service to schedule a pickup or a time for your package to be delivered. Tokyo Ramen Club is not responsible for missed deliveries or missing packages.
  • What are your payment methods?
    We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners, AmEx.) and PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or check.
  • When will I be charged for my next subscription?
    Your billing date will be determined on the date of your first payment. For example, if you paid on January 1st and you have a monthly subscription, you will receive your next charge on February 1st, then March 1st, and so on. If you forget when you placed your order, just sign in to your account and you can find your next renewal date under Your Subscription(s). However, if you have an order date of the 31st or 30th, your renewal date will be pushed to accommodate months that do not have those dates. Please note that our renewals process everyday at 12:00 AM GMT regardless of your own time zone.
  • How do I cancel a subscription?
    Log into your Tokyo Ramen Club account at any time to turn off automatic renewal for your subscription plan. Once you log in, simply click the link to turn off automatic renewal within your Subscriptions tab. Once you turn off automatic renewal for your plan(s), you will be sent all remaining boxes in your term. As all boxes will be sent to you, no refunds will be given for the boxes remaining on your term. At the end of your term, you will not be billed again, and your subscription will not renew. Please note: You must turn off automatic renewal for your subscription at least 3 days before your next rebill date, otherwise you may get charged again and your subscription will renew. You can check your next rebill date from your account.
  • I forgot to cancel my subscription, can I return the box?
    It is in our policy that subscriptions must be canceled prior to the billing date or it will renew automatically. Once your subscription renews and your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or accept a returned box for a refund. If you choose to send back your box, please be aware that a refund will not be issued. How do I receive a refund? If you have a case regarding lost packages or accidental double subscriptions, please contact Support to see if you qualify to receive a refund. Please be sure to submit information such as the subscription number, the amount paid, and the reason for requesting a refund. Canceling a subscription does not automatically give you a refund as canceling subscriptions only cancel future renewals and shipments. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing date will not be refunded.
  • Upon receipt, I noticed that a product had leaked/broken during delivery. Can you send me back the product in question?
    You will need to send us a visual proof/evidence and our team will analyze the situation in order to find a solution that will satisfy you.
