Tokyo Ramen Club offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. In this case, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities, subscribers and purchasers.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
In order to start your ongoing Tokyo Ramen Club subscription, you must register as a member on our Website. To register you can simply provide the information required in our registration forms, which can be accessed through the Website. All information that you provide to us is subject to the Privacy Policy.
As a subscribed Tokyo Ramen Club member, you acknowledge and consent to being charged a recurring payment and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to the cancellation of your membership. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription period originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. You may cancel your ongoing membership by emailing your request to cancel, to info@tokyoramen-club.com. The day of the month that you start your ongoing membership is your anniversary date. Each subscription automatically renews on the anniversary date of the month following or subscription period. You must cancel through your subscription account or notify us by emailing your request to cancel, to info@tokyoramen-club.com, prior to the anniversary date of the month following, or subscription period, to cancel the subscription renewal. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE ANNIVERSARY DATE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RENEWING THE SUBSCRIPTION. All cancellation requests received after the anniversary date will apply to the following subscription period. No prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period will be given. We may terminate your membership, without notice, for any reason, whatsoever.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
All information that you provide to Tokyo Ramen Club, including your credit card information, is subject to the Privacy Policy. If you have a subscription, your credit card will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your membership, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your subscription. We are not responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. Any amount paid for the boxes and services are final and non-refundable.
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Insurance: All boxes that ship with a trackable shipping option are automatically covered by insurance.
Cases covered by insurance: In the case of theft, boxes that are stolen can be replaced in the event that evidence is provided from the shipping company showing that they acknowledge that the box has been misplaced or stolen. Damaged boxes due to natural disasters i.e. fires, floods, hurricanes, etc. Missing or damaged boxes due to mishandling by your local courier.
Please note, boxes that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address, or that are intentionally declined by the subscriber are not eligible for replacement.
Missing items - this case refers to when your box arrives safely and physically intact, but it is missing one or more of the items listed inside the included booklet.
Damaged items - this case refers to when your box arrives safely and physically intact with all items listed in the booklet included but one or more of the items are damaged, or expired in the case of perishable items.
All missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days after you receive your box to qualify for either a replacement or refund based on product availability. If the missing product is available, a replacement will be shipped and a refund will not be considered. You are required to include the evidence outlined below when you submit a report in order for our support team to expedite a resolution:
Pictures of all sides of the box (applies to both missing and damaged item cases)
Pictures of all items received in the box (applies to both missing and damaged item cases)
Damaged items will then be reviewed by a support agent and a replacement or refund will be issued only for damaged products. This does not cover or include damage to the packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item.
Returned Boxes Policy - Returned boxes will be reshipped with an additional re-shipping fee, unless the box has been returned due to our own mistake. Boxes that have been returned due to an incorrect shipping address/incomplete shipping address are not eligible for refunds

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
ALLERGEN INFORMATON
Tokyo Ramen Club provides allergen information along with product descriptions in each subscription box for common allergens.
However, while we do our best to provide accurate common allergens, the list is not comprehensive and Tokyo Ramen Club cannot guarantee that every item is allergen-free in all of the subscription boxes. Therefore, we can not be held liable for any injuries caused by adverse reactions to any of the items included in our product. Please consume at your own risk.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
